Low Cost Dental Implants and other Dental Treatments
1. Dental Implants
Dental Implants provide a life-long solution to the problem of missing teeth without the drawbacks of tooth-supported bridges or partial dentures. Dental implants look, feel and function like natural teeth and restore the physical appearance and ability to chew for patients with partial or complete tooth loss.
Dental Implants are actually small screws placed in the jaw bone that replace the root of the missing tooth. These implants bond with the surrounding bone over time, typically over 3-4 months.
A small post is then inserted into the implant and the replacement prosthetic tooth is permanently fixed to this post. The result is a permanent, new tooth that looks beautiful and natural and functions exactly like your natural tooth.
Procedures such as All On 4, All On 5 and All On 6 are particularly successful treatments for people with bone loss that would make traditional dentures uncomfortable. These Dental Implants (usually 5 or 6 depending on whether it is the lower or upper) are embedded into the jaw and act as an anchor for the permanent denture.
The denture prosthesis is a metal frame with artificial teeth and gums that is permanently fixed to the implants. The result is a complete and permanent smile restoration that returns the physical appearance and function of your natural teeth.
A veneer is a wafer-thin shell of material placed over a tooth to improve its appearance or to protect the tooth from damage to the tooth’s surface. Veneers are a popular cosmetic solution that can easily and inexpensively improve the appearance of your smile.

A crown is a shell that completely caps and covers a natural tooth or dental implant. Crowns are needed when a large cavity has compromised the future health of a natural tooth or after a root canal. They are cemented onto the natural tooth or screwed onto an implant post.
4. Dental Bridges
Dental Bridges are placed in the gap between two teeth where a tooth is missing, and are generally made to resemble a natural tooth. For some, the procedure is seen as less invasive than dental implants, but the results are not as reliable.
The problem is that both abutting healthy teeth will need crowns to support the bridge, which can compromise otherwise healthy teeth and lead to root canals. Still, if you have a dental bridge and need to replace it, the cost is considerably less in Costa Rica.
5. Tooth Extraction and Root Canals
Usually performed in Costa Rica as part of Smile Restoration Plan.
And you will get BETTER TREATMENT in Costa Rica than in the U.S.
The $$$ you save is just a bonus!
